Still not done yet!

Mommy stayed up until 2am trying to get my Birthday pictures done...but...she is tired and is heading to bed! There are so many because....1)I'm important....and 2) Mommy is trying to figure out her new camera! The rest will be of my morning outing with my family....they will go up much quicker because they are with Mommy's old camera that doesn't take so long to post picture!! Hope you don't get too tired scrolling through all of these....Mommy had an assignment to complete so my birthday was the perfect opportunity!

My First Birthday Party!!!!

When I woke up from my nap, Mommy and Daddy had the dining area all decorated for my party! I loved it!! Mommy put a pretty party dress on me that Grandma gave me and we headed out to my Kindermusik class! (thank you Grandma and Grandpa Mathews!! I love my classes!) Everyone there sang Happy Birthday to me and I was given a special sticker to wear! Having a Birthday is pretty fun!!! Mommy borrowed Grandma's special birthday plates that she loves! Thanks Grandma....they really added a special touch!

I even have a pretty cake! This one is for everyone to enjoy....I have a special "smash cake" just for me!!

When Mommy and I came home from my class, there were a few spots on the cake that were missing frosting.......mysteriously, they were about the same size as my sisters fingers! Hmmmm......how was it Lauren?? I understand....I love frosting too! We arrived back home at 630pm and everyone was waiting for us!!! It is fun to have everyone over....especially when they are there to celebrate ME!!!

Grandma made sure to get me a party hat like my sister had....Mommy is going to keep them for us because they have sentimental value to her and they will to us someday also! Thanks for being so thoughtful Grandma!! Mommy decorated everywhere!! Even above my head! Mommy realized she didn't step back and take a picture of the entire room though! OOPS! It was very festive with Pink and Purple ribbons everywhere and decorations all over the walls! PRETTY!!! I loved all of the balloons too!!

Wow....all of this hanging from the lights too! Hey...check out my top teeth.....what a great shot to show them off! Gotta love my teeth! I have 6 now!!

Mommy....I love my decorations! Can I tear them up?? I found a fork....now where's the cake?

OHHH....lookie....a BIG present and the card has my name on it!!!

That's it.....I'm leaving if you don't break out the cake! Yep....I'm licking my lips already!

I guess I'll stick around since there are presents too!

Mommy just likes this picture because it has Daddy's hands in it! I love my Daddy so much...in fact....he has been home for quite a while and I have become very attached to him! When Mommy was holding me....I cried and reached out for Daddy! (Mommy says it is time for Daddy to go back to work...haha!) Yah Grandma....this chair is going to work out just fine! Now if Lauren and I could sit still long enough to watch a movie together....maybe later!

Yeah for me having a Birthday!!! My big Birthday news is that I took4 steps on my special day!! I have taken a few steps here and there, but 4 is the most so far! Mommy thought for sure I would be walking before my Birthday....but she was wrong! Maybe soon.....my sister walked 1 week after her 1st Birthday so we will see how close to her I will be!! Until then.....I am just fine crawling!!!

Honestly....get the hat off! Da-da....save me!!

Oh Aunt Carol....is it really for me???? Little blue doggie....you and I are going to get along real good!!!

Oh Lauren....we are gonna have a blast with this!! I love it already and I haven't even figured out how to get it going.....

Aunt Carol.....Lauren was right....you do pick out the BEST toys!!! Thank you so much!!! We will certainly put quite a few miles on this puppy!!!

Thanks for making my Birthday extra special Auntie Kaleigh and Anthony!! Mommy put my special dollar in my piggy bank for me!! Great idea... someday I will turn it into 1 million dollars so I can take care of my parents when they are old! haha.... by the way....we think you two look pretty happy together!! We love to hang out with you because you are fun!!

It takes Grandpa and Anthony to help her up......Cause you know she can't bend at the waist.... And.....She's up!!!

She's so proud of herself....none of us wanted to burst her bubble and tell her that all she had to do was slip the box OVER her head while STANDING UP to begin with!!! And to think.....she was just invited to the National Honor Society.....apparently they mailed that invite to the WRONG house!!! Either way....we are proud of her and love her for even the "biggest" of accomplishments! And the "Happy Dance".....the dance of success.....(still hasn't even hit her that she took the most challenging route to get into the box!) Poor Auntie Kaleigh.....creating so much work for herself!

And the life of the party award goes to.......That darn finger puppet on Auntie Kaleigh's finger! Seriously....it's been there for about 2 weeks now! Hope she takes it off in the bathroom!

Look Lauren....my very own baby!

Hurry Daddy....Hurry!! We want to know if it is a boy or girl!!! It's a Girl!!! We forgot to look at her birth certificate though.....we didn't even get to see her name before the box made it to the garbage!! I love books just like my sister....the only difference....I actually let Mommy finish a book where my sister gets antsy now and reaches for a different one after about 2 pages. When Mommy reads to me, I laugh through most of it! I think it is funny!!!

Just what I have always wanted.....my very OWN baby!!!! I love her so much!!!

Just like Mommy does to me.....I gave her tons of "Lovies"!!! YIPPEE and she's all MINE!!!
