Mommy is STILL working on figuring out her new camera and is trying to use the Manual settings...she keeps getting overexposed blurry photos but since she thought these pictures were funny...here they are! I was trying to figure out what she was doing and was pretty intrigued by her concentration....
I just sat on the steps and ate my apple while she played around a while....then we ventured out into the rainy weather! Mommy is determined to figure it out soon!

Your getting close, don't give up. They would of been nice pics. Hey??? Lauren isn't the one eating my little pumpkin is she???? LOL
ReplyDeleteLauren looks so old here! Cute pictures. What settings did you use? Sometimes the white balance or ISO affects the exposure.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to "master" (as I laugh) the Manual setting. I was using an iso of 400 but had the front door open so a lot of light was being let in...which is where I messed up! I don't get to practice much because the girls are getting sick of me and my camera! haha! I was also using the AWB. I was metering off her face so the direct light on her face also contributed to the overexposure! I am sure it could be fixed in Lightroom but I am having computer issues with lightroom and honestly don't like the editing stuff! Maybe someday! There is so much to learn! I agree....Lauren looks like a preschooler here to me! I did realize that an apple is the perfect way to get a picture of her! She gets so into eating it that she stays put for at least a minute or two! Miley on the otherhand is like speedy gonzales! She "crawls" at the speed of light!
