Candy on a bracelet???

Going shopping with Daddy is one of the greatest things ever! I see something....I pick it up....and it's mine! What a deal.....Mommy wants to know what my secret is! We went to the video store together and check out my new bling....it's edible! I've never actually had "candy" so I didn't even realize you could eat it....Thanks Daddy!!

Fun with friends!

Mommy's friend Nadine was in town so we stopped by to say Hello to her and her family! Check them out.....they have 4 kids and we really liked all of them! Kylie is the oldest then Kaitlyn followed by brother Nicholas and little sister Kara. They recently moved to Des Moines from Peoria. Mommy and Nadine worked together at the airport but we actually knew her long before that! When Auntie Kaleigh was about Miley's age, she used to love to go to the grocery store that Nadine worked at because she always gave Auntie Kaleigh lots of attention! She has always loved kids so it is no surprise that she has 4 of her own!!! After that we headed to visit Mommy's other friend Kelly....she was visiting from Kansas. We also love to get together with Kelly because she has 3 kids! Their Grandma and Grandpa live just down the street from our Grandma and Grandpa and it seems to be a Grandparent thing.....they have a lot of fun toys too! Check me out learning how to ride a sit-n-spin......How fun!!! Ah...Mom.....great birthday idea!!!

Yummy Pizza!!!

Mommy and Daddy recently took us out for pizza which is a big treat because we really don't go "out" to eat too often. To their surprise, we did great! Our past experiences with eating out have turned out to be more work then they were worth.....well to Mommy and Daddy anyway. But guess what....we are growing up and becoming more independent....Mommy and Daddy actually got to eat pizza too and enjoy it! We all had a nice dinner!!!

Yeah for leftovers!!! I insisted on carrying out the pizza box! I was quite proud of myself!

About a week after our pizza outing.....the Fed Ex guy delivered a package to our house......Mommy brought it in and set it down and I said "PETE"..(pizza)....it was a small white box like this so I thought it was pizza! Darn....just revisions for Daddy's flight manuals......boring!

"In Training"

Mommy thought for sure that my sister would be walking before her first birthday!! She better pick it up if she is going to......she only has about a week to go!!! Grandpa gave her the little stool from Grandma's kitchen to help her out......she holds onto it and pushes it and walks just fine....but if you were to take that stool away...she will sit right down and start crawling!

Come on Miley....you can do it!!!! I am NOT letting go of this stool people.....I am doing just fine like I am......do you think I could take this stool with me every where I go Grandma????

I have taken a few steps on my own.....doesn't that "count"???

Ma-ma....Ma-ma.....

Auntie Kaleigh has very bazaar taste when it comes to this "guy"!!! Coincidentally we call him "Amy" and we love him.....but lets be real here....he really needs to loose the piggy tails....take off the bib....and hand over the bottle! Mommy threatened to put this picture on Facebook but she decided it was just a little too mean! Although Mommy knows Auntie Kaleigh really well and knows that by her posting this.....it will indeed be on it's way to Facebook....at least Mommy won't feel the guilt of placing it on there herself!!

Belated birthday posts.......

Aunt Carol recently had a birthday and as you all have heard....I LOVE my cake!!! This is the face of a girl with an empty tray.....GIVE ME MORE CAKE before somebody gets hurt!!!!! That's right...I like to wash it down with a little milk! (I am drinking milk now....a little early but did you know that my parents are saving over 125.00 a month....haha!) I like it so it's cool with me! I am sure the extra money is going into my college fund......right??

Happy Birthday Aunt Carol!!!! We all love you so much!!!!

Uncle Ron celebrated his birthday one week later but he would not let us take pictures because he was in his work shirt and his work shirt has already made it on the blog.....haha.....Happy Birthday Uncle Ron!!! We love you too!!!!!

We have a new Target near our house and the best part about it is.....THIS CART!!!!!
Mommy loves it because.....1) We LOVE it! 2)We don't mind staying in it...and... 3)She can actually get the items she needs because we don't take up the entire cart! Bonus for all of us!!! Thank you Target!!!
